Laurina - Doka Estate - Costa Rica

Doka Estate has more than 100 years of experience in coffee production and is said to produce some of the best coffee in Costa Rica.
The Laurina coffee is one of the most special varieties that is cultivated at Doka Estate. It has a very particular long bean shape and is known for its very low caffeine content, which is about 50% lower compared to most other Arabica varieties. Unfortunately, Laurina is quite tricky to grow, needs a lot of maintenance and great care. It has a very low yield, which makes it such a rarity.
